This is a spacious (52 m²), highly specified apartment with picture windows providing uninterrupted views towards Les Grands Montets and the Mont Blanc massif; the stunning panorama, thermostatic underfloor heating and wood finishes contribute to a feeling of warmth and luxury. It accommodates up to 6 people.

The apartment has an open plan 'family friendly' main living space, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. Traditionally furnished with a large double sofa bed, armchair, TV and a CD/DVD player, the living area leads out onto a spacious balcony with casual seating from which to enjoy the views across to Les Grands Montets, the Argentière Glacier and the 'home-run' piste of Per à Ric. To the rear of the apartment the sleeping area contains the main double bedroom and a separate twin room. The apartment has one bathroom, with both bath and shower fittings, and a separate toilet. There is a designated parking space within the underground garage, a private ski locker and other storage space for luggage, roof box etc.

The apartment is conveniently sited a few minutes walk away from the centre of Argentière village and the slopes of Les Grands Montets. It is only 300 metres from the Lognan/Grands Montets cable car and the ESF Ski-School. Additionally the Ski Bus provides easy access to the other ski areas of the Chamonix Valley. Argentière village is only five miles from the town of Chamonix, 15 minutes from the French/Swiss border and 40 minutes via the Mont Blanc Tunnel from Italy. Lake Geneva is an hour's drive, as is the unmissable French medieval town of Annecy.

Argentière gives you access to some of the best skiing opportunities in the Chamonix area. The Grand Montets has blue, red, black and challenging off-piste runs. The convenient buses and the metre-gauge railway give you easy access to the other ski areas including Le Tour/Vallorcine, ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers, La Flégère for the intermediate to expert skier and Le Brévent for beginners.

While a top ski resort, the area also offers much in the summer months, with well-maintained and clearly marked hiking trails, climbing opportunities and other sports facilities including an 18 hole golf course.
